after an aborted attempt to release hugin-2009.4.0_rc3 last weekend (I
had too many things at the same time on my plate), I'll release rc3 this
weekend.
however, given the gravity of the bug reported recently [0] (thanks for
the bug report) I question whether we should wait for it to be fixed
before release. On the one side it seems to affect previous versions
back to 0.7.0, so releasing without fixing it would not be a regression.
On the other side, this one is really serious and needs to be fixed.
the other potentially serious bug reported this week [1] requires some
more investigation. I suspect it is related to the use of nona-gpu.
Maybe I was pushing too hard [2] for a release on October 31. My apology
to those who found the pace of the past few weeks too fast. I so damn
wish to get through the back log so that we can integrate the new layout
mode...
