hugin site

Hi all,

I have noticed 2 minor bugs in a pages of http://hugin.sourceforge.net.
For instance:

http://hugin.sourceforge.net/tutorials/calibration/en.shtml doesn't have the horizontal menu like the others
(missing <p class="menu"><a href="/">Home</a> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="/download/">Download</a> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="/screenshots/">Screenshots</a> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="/tutorials/">Tutorials</a> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="/docs/">Documentation</a> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="/tech/">Tech</a> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="/links/">Links</a> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="/community/">Community</a> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/hugin">SourceForge</a></p>);

http://hugin.sourceforge.net/docs/manual/Hugin.html doesn't have a css style sheet associated (missing @import url(../../css/normal.css);)

Since I don't know who's in charge of the site, I'm posting here in the mailing list.

The web-site has a complete copy of the manual, I can't remember
why, now that Hugin shows its own version in a web-browser we should
probably style them both with CSS.

The sourceforge bug tracker now has 'web site' and 'manual' groups,
so it would be ok to report any problems with either there:
