The network is ok, DHCP configuration is successful, but absolutely all efforts to connect anywhere to start installation are a failure with a message: "Couldn't open FTP connection to ftp.<lt\|whatever>.freebsd.org: connection in wrong state." Let us first investigate what is going on, you can do so by sending the message to questions@... and ask them what steps you can take to resolve this. In any case you need to provide more details about your hardware, and possibly try 8.0-RC2 to see whether that works or not.
