You're almost in the right place, maybe
user@... would
have been better, but its not important :)
Install the android jar from wherever you have it on disk into your
local maven repo:
mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=android -DartifactId=android -Dversion=1.5_r1 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file
