I have coded (in my gsoc2009_color branch) icc-color handling in the feFlood SVG Filter. There is no way to set an icc-color for the flood-color parameter in our current filters user interface. But it will properly color-transform an icc-color if it is declared in the SVG file. I have manually edited an SVG file in order to test it.
