the second path is where I was told to look by everything I could find, the first one has pre-pended path ... something which raises difficulties because of shell issues ( for Win users ) and the matter of entire projects and other unseen information resisting tools and techniques available to myUnderstanding. (humor)
The password in the 'hidden' dot netbeans file is one I have not seen before. First attempt will be to make clear_path file match the hidden file and sync Tools/servers:account_name/password in ide.
..... issue started on 'access denied' on C:\Documents and Settings\All Users from application code and consequent blunder-ridden effort to fix the matter.
