in vitro glycosylation&In-Reply-To

I have some recombinant proteins produced from E.Coli. I would like to do an in vitro O-link glycosylation with beta-D-galactopyranosyl at lysine residue. Could you let me know if this is possible? If it could be done, could you let me known where I may get help from?  Your help is greatly appreciated.
