inbox doesnt work anymore - large Expressions index

hi,

every 4 hours a thread ("owfe::expool.sched" ) from openwfe starts on our magnolia 3.0 system - then the linux server is on high load for ca. 2 hours. Right now the inbox doesnt show any new pages. The workflow is always "successfully started". But nothing appears in the inbox.

What does the "every 4 hours" scheduled "openwfe" Thread?

I also recognized that the index of th Expressions repository is at a size of 80 MB. This is much bigger then our "website" repo index.

Is it possible that there is no cleanup in the workflow repository?

Otherwise it couldnt become so huge... i guess

Should i clean the whole Store + Expressions Repository? if yes, how would i do it (force bootstrap?)?
