i am gonna give you a good answer. ;)
a manual rebuild of the Expressions Repository index helped out.
The index size decreased from 80 MB to 11 MB now the inbox semmes to work - and the heavy load is gone, too.
how can i rebuild the Expressions index?
0. shutdown app server
1. delete: "repositories/magnolia/workspaces/Expressions/index" folder
2. startup app server
that's it :)
