*Description*

The new interface XTopWindow in module css.awt allows to retrieve and
control the minimized/maximized state of top windows, by exposing the
two properties IsMinimized and IsMaximized.
Also, it allows control over the display/screen (those two terms are
not consistently used, so I am not sure which one is better here)
which the window is shown on. This display number is interchangeable
with the numbers at the css.awt.DisplayAccess service.
