inserting variable in script

I have this piece of html:

<script type="text/javascript">
set_query('ADRB2_HUMAN', 'BioSapiens', 3, ''); start_dasty(0);
</script>

how would I change 'ADRB2_HUMAN' into some other name? I can't just  
use a label right?
