insmod ppp-mppe gives unresolved symbol __floatsidf and __adddf3

When I try to load ppp-mppe I obtain this message:
# insmod ppp_mppe
Using /lib/modules/2.4.22-xfs/kernel/drivers/net/ppp_mppe.o
insmod: unresolved symbol __floatsidf
insmod: unresolved symbol __adddf3
#

Any idea for solve this problem?
