install GeoPress on Movable type got error

hi

  i have download http://georss.org/geopress_download/geopress_mt.zip
and unzip it, "GeoPress 2" is copied to MT/plugins, "geopress" is copied
to mt-static/js, but when i log in, the error message show as follow:
