 imprimante lexmark z617  qui ne marche pas sous karmic
webcam  microsoft vx1000  qui ne marche pas sous karmic
pour c 2 perif comment faire   la je suis perdu
surtout   c 2 que je me sert tres tres souvent
 ensuite certains site ne fonctione que sous internet explorer  
la comment faire ????

Bon, c'est déjà plus clair.
S'il te plaît, n'utilise pas le langage SMS, ça obscurcit le(s) problème(s).

   1. Imprimante Lexmark : peu de chance de compatibilité.
   2. Webcam : je ne connait pas celle de Microsoft ; par contre, celles
      de Logitech sont reconnues sans problème.
   3. Firefox (au lieu d'Internet explorer) : oui, il y a quelques sites
      récalcitrants à Firefox. Ils sont de moins en moins nombreux. Pour
      ma part, je ne rencontre pas de difficultés avec ce navigateur.
      Peut-être peux-tu exclure les sites qui posent problème et les
      remplacer par leur équivalent (si c'est possible, bien sûr).

Lis bien tout d'abord, pas très long, et choisi la méthode qui te

Dans tous les cas, tu en as la preuve ici, ubuntu est ton ami: tu

Attends un peu ceci dit, voir s'il n'y a pas de suggestion plus

Pour les sites récalcitrant. On peut essayer Opéra. Et si c'est vraiment récalcitrant, il y a la solution d'installer internet explorer avec wine.

Bonjour Pascal!

pour l'imprimante, aucune idée....

ppour la webcam de microsoft, elle fonctionne très bien, mais il faut installer un pilote, je l'ai configuré chez une amie qui l'a, toutefois je n'ai pas l'info avec moi... j'avais trouvé l'information via google en recherchant le numéro du périphérique usb que tu obtiens avec la commande lsusb...

dans un terminal, tapes: lsusb

regarde quelque chose qui devrais ressembler à ça:

Bus 005 Device 002: ID 045e:00cb Microsoft Corp.

dans google cherche la chaine de caractères hexadécimale et ajoute ubuntu tu devrais avoir l'info que j'ai trouvé.

je viens de fair eune recherche rapide et j'ai trouvé...

télécharger le fichier: 

http://linuxtv.org/hg/~jfrancois/gspca/archive/tip.tar.bz2

extraire le fichier et se déplacer via un terminal dans le répertoire de l'extraction
taper:    make

ça prendra quelques minutes

taper:    sudo make install

redémarrer l'ordinateur

dans le site à ouvrir, tu clique sur BZ" à la gauche pour télécharger le fichier, ou sur le lien qui suit:

Salut Pascal tu as raison accroches toi, tu verra ça en vaut la peine.
Pour ta webcam et ton imprimante, si c'est de l'usb et savoir si elle
sont reconnues, tu ouvres un terminal via le menu
principal==>Accessoires==>terminal et tu tapes cette commande lsusb,
cette commande vas afficher tout ce qui est branché sur les ports usb et
reconnu par le système. Fait un copier/coller du résultat et fait suivre
sur la liste avec le problème.

As tu essayé via le nenu Système==>Administration==>Impression puis dans
la fenetre qui s'ouvre Nouveau==>Imprimante là Ubuntu va scanner le
système à la recherche des imprimantes connectés.
Essaye tous ça et envois tes résultats, surtout celui du terminal.

Ehhh!!!! en voilà une bonne nouvelle, ben maintenant tu selectionnes ton
imprimante, cliques sur suivant, Ubuntu vas rechercher le bon driver
(installe celui qui est recommander ou le fr) puis ubuntu te proposera
d'imprimer une page test et si tout se déroule comme prévu, te voilà
avec une imprimante fonctionnelle. Pas belle la vie.

Pour ta webcam ça risque d'etre un peux plus compliqué, mais ne perdons
espoir, le web est un grand super marché et Linux une communauté
planétaire alors.....

Salut Pascal!

on dirait que ça a fonctionné partiellement...

est-ce que tu as redémarré? est-ce que tu as essayé CHEESE? (se trouve dans le menu Applications/Son et vidéo Studio Webcam CHEESE)

je croyait au départ que de extraire ici aurait créé un sous-répertoire, mais il semble que non, faudra faire le ménage de ton bureau !!!

il semble que tu n'as pas les sources complètes d'installées....

on va s'en assurer...

va dans le menu Système/Administration et démarre GESTIONNAIRE DE PAQUETS SYNAPTIC

va dans le menu CONDIGURATION et sélectionne DÉPÔTS

assure toi que CODE SOURCE est sélectionné, clique sur FERMER et ensuite t'auras un message qui t'avise de recharger les dépôts...

tu vas cliquer sur le bouton RECHARGER (grosse flèche ronde en haut à gauche)

dans la liste TOUTES, cherche LINUX-SOURCE, avec le bouton de droite de la sourie, clique sur SÉLECTIONNER POUR INSTALLATION et accepte les dépendances...

Clique sur l'icône APPLIQUER en haut en vert

tu pourras ensuite reprendre l'opération...

toutefois, je te conseille d'effacer le contenu du bureau et de créer un répertoire VL4 dans lequel tu déplaceras l'archive pour l'extraire...

 bon  alors voila
oui j'ai redemarre  mais rien
cheese ok j'ai trouver mais cam verte
enfin ecran vert
menage sur bureau   c fait
tout viré
 code source c ok   je suis allez voir et oui c'etait pas bon  
 donc j'ai cocher et la il me semble que c'est ok
linux-soucre c fait  n'etait pas installer  
 la c bon
 mais apres   je suis desolé mais je suis perdu
 la  je crois que je vais etre lourd
 mais pourrais tu me donner la marche a suivre pas a pas  en expliquant
clairement comment faire  comme tu viens  de me le decrit     en desous

Salut Pascal!

fais attention pour les majuscules/minuscules, c'est différent sous linux...

vraiment là, je ne sais pas quoi te dire de plus, j'aurais espéré que quelqu'un d'autre puisse intervenir...

il faudra attendre que j'aille chez mon amie pour récupérer la procédure d'installation que j'avais fait...

tu peux continuer à chercher dans google si tu trouves une autre solution en attendant... il faut bien pratiquer! :)
