international certificate in GIS ?

Dear All,

Is there any one who knows if there is any internationally acceptable
certificate in GIS and RS , like the ones in computer which microsoft has
provided for its users like MCSE, MCTP, or else.

To my knowledge, the GISP professional certification (www.GISCI.org) is
intended to be international.

Yes the GISP is an international certification. If you look at the
online registry you will find folks certified from several different
nations.
