hi i am a developer hoping to make an interface for my site through the
iphone and i was wondering if you could work in the iphone sdk into your
IDE?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Perhaps you should ask this

If you want to make a native application, you must use Apple Xcode. If you want to make a web app you do not use Objective-C at all. GNUstep will not help with either of these.
