ipod module installation

Subject: ipod module installation

What is the best way to install the many modules found on the website? Is there a way to have the games in the game folder and apps in the app/utilities folder?

 also in the 5g version, the color schemes completely disappear after a couple of reboots <-- just incase you didnt know)

please somebody get back to me even if i look stupid for asking. im sure there is just a better way than im trying.
