is geonameid 2556150 correct?

This is suspicious:

The name is "mohammed boulaich el habate ksar sghir". The
capitalization isn't right, it's a rather long name, and if you go to

http://www.geonames.org/2556150/boulaichich-mohammed-boulaich.html

it doesn't look like a place with 50,000 people. Which is a rather
round number.
