iwconfig无线网卡省电模式参数问题

大家好
今天偶然发现linux的无线网卡可以设置省电模式，通过
iwconfig wlan0 power on世界终于凉快下来了，
以前我的手掌都是生活在水深火热之中，看了一下man手册，有几个参数period，timeout，...
下面是man的例子
                   iwconfig eth0 power period 2
                   iwconfig eth0 power 500m unicast
                   iwconfig eth0 power timeout 300u all
                   iwconfig eth0 power saving 3
                   iwconfig eth0 power off
                   iwconfig eth0 power min period 2 power max period 4

这些值具体设置成多少比较好？
