jack2 windows port, pkgconfig and cygwin

Hello,

Does the jack2 windows package install a pkgconfig file if a cygwin environment is detected ? if not, how would I go about compiling jack clients under cygwin against jack2 when their configure script relies on pkgconfig for compile-dependency checks ?

I guess you'll to install JACK2 stuff (include, libraries) at the  
correct place in cygwin hierarchy.
