jameleon-test-suite-3.3-RC1 launch error: JDesktop Integration Compnents binary has encountered a problem...

so i just dl jameleon-test-suite-3.3-RC1 to see if there's anything new or improvement
when i run jameleon.bat i get the error dialog:

Error signature:
