javadoc: broken url

The url to the javadoc documentation seems to be broken on the Java API
page (*), it links to "javadoc:root" .

Fixed this for 2.0 up to 2.4.

The correct url is http://daisycms.org/maven-site/<version>/apidocs/ btw.
