javascript issues in IEHi,
the latest GBrowse (CVS) seems to have some javascript issues while exploring the tracks using IE 6 and 7 (it works with firefox and safari). We tested with our CONF files as well as with the sample CONF files (Yeast chromosomes 1+2 (advanced)). it seems the problem is related to latest changes on the file named controller.js ? since the following line is the one giving problems: <body onload="initialize_page();set_dragcolors('beige');;"> thanks, Erick ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ OpenSolaris 2009.06 is a cutting edge operating system for enterprises looking to deploy the next generation of Solaris that includes the latest innovations from Sun and the OpenSource community. Re: javascript issues in IEHi Erick,
In the latest CVS this problem is fixed. However, I'm now getting a problem in IE7 when bringing up sticky balloons on mouseclick operations. Are you seeing that? Lincoln
