Check the system log of the computer/server that the queue is setup on.
Depending on when and how much logging you have enabled on the event
logs, you will find it there.

Unless its running through an actual print server (computer not
jetdirect) I think your best bet would be to simply open a browser and
type in the jetdirects IP address, this will bring up the web console
for it and it may have some logging functionality in there, All our
stuff goes through a computer print server and I've not had a need to
use logging on a standalone net printer.

If the JetDirect is independent of a server/computer, there may be a web
(or telnet) interface on the JetDirect itself.  They can be set up to
log print jobs, but I believe the default is off.  Could be worth
checking out.

If logging is to be enabled via either through JetDirect (which
basically just turns the printer into a Print Server) which can be setup
to log to a computer using the syslog protocol (usually the UDP = User
Datagram Protocol and possibly TCP/IP as well) configured by the
JetAdmin software installed on another computer set to manage the
printers or is being logged itself through the JetDirects' or Printers
own built in Web Server capability that can be accessed by just pointing
your web browser to the IP address of the printer (or external JetDirect
module). If you are not using software like JetAdmin to manage the
printers (and logging) or by enabling logging in the printers built in
Web Server capability, the print queues could be setup on a print server
manually and then shared. If so, you can then simply check the System
Log in the Event Viewer for entries about what was printed where and by
which computer.
