the website out of CMSMS.
Infusion Builder:

create DB, DB_USER
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3351 and 3352 - fix php tests
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3188 - generate build file
names dynamically from fluid version number.
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3352 - create website look
and feel
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3343 - css tweaks
