kde manual on web shows a Fetch List for CVS branch like it does for CVS module, but I don't have one of those

Hi;

  I'm using CentOS 4.3 w/o patches.  I have installed *everything* that
comes with a custom "install everything" option.  I am running Cervisia
2.21 from KDE 3.31-3.14 (Red Hat).  Looking at
http://docs.kde.org/stagle/en/kdesdk/cervisia/checkingout.html I see
that there is a Fetch List for CVS branches and CVS modules, but my
Cervisia only shows a Fetch List for CVS modules.  I'd really like to
have a Cervisia that has a Fetch List for CVS branches.  What RPMs do I
need to upgrade to get this functionality?

That functionality was introduced with Cervisia 2.3 which was part of the KDE
3.4 release.
