Anyone running KDE4?  Any AMD64 issues?

Can it be loaded running lenny?

Is it stable enough to use now?

I want to load it up on a working system - don't want to make a mess of it if it is too soon - a
couple of bugs here and there would be OK - as long as it is currently usable.

Is there any thing special to do to migrate from kde3 - to kde4?

Anyone running KDE4?  Any AMD64 issues?

Running fine with Sid on amd64.

Can it be loaded running lenny?

Dunno.

Is it stable enough to use now?

Very, very stable, both the environment and the applications, like Dolphin, Okular and company.

I want to load it up on a working system - don't want to make a mess of it if it is too soon - a couple of bugs here and there would be OK - as long as it is currently usable.

I'm using it on my workstation and laptop, on my production machines.

AFICT, there is a tool for the kde3 to kde4 migration.

All of the backporting projects that I have seen stopped around 4.1.
You could probably backport it yourself if you have the time, or
remember to configure everything to install in /usr/local to save your
future upgrade path.

None at all. Running on testing for the last few months.

Not sure. I'm running testing.

Is it ever!

I use it on my workstation (AMD64 single-core) and laptop (ancient
Thinkpad). No issues at all.
