kdevelop4 working directory

hello there,

i try to help migrating to kde4 and got first (small) results by exchanging the
k3passworddialog in kpgpfile.cpp.
i now would like to run the development assembly.
how do i have to set the working dir so that the application is able to get
the resources it needs to render everything as expected.
right now it complaines that the home.html file is missing.
