kmail problems

Sehr geehrter Herr Naber and colleagues,

After having spent +-4 hours 'learning' kmail and checking
all available sources two essential issues remain unsolved :

Nowadays it is necessary to have at least two accounts, one
for friends and one for internet bussiness. So it is
necessary to set up 1 identity and, say, 2 accounts for this
identity. As far as I experienced this variant could not be
set up in kmail. The  - unlogic - creation of 2 identities
leads to a cumbersome 'New Mail' choice : 'Identity' as well
as 'Mail Transport' have to be chosen whereas both fields
correlate. Correlation is necessary as GMX refuses to
transfer mail with a HOTMAIL header. Is there any solution
for that ?

Once having evaluated an incoming HTML mail as 'honest' the
mail is converted to 'plain text'. So far so good. But why
is this conversion not persistent ? Each time I look at this
mail I have to convert it again. Any solution for that ?
