konq-plugins

I've noticed that the packages konq-plugins and konq-plugins-l10n are not installed when you install kde-full but they are installed if you install kde-standard. Is there a reason for this?

kde-full is only full official KDE (konq-plugins is part of extragear so not
almost official KDE). kde-standard is "the most useful" packages from official
KDE (Depends) and other useful 3rd-party KDE packages (Recommands/Suggests).
