libksane twain support on Mac

Hi,

Do any one of you see a need for twain support in libksane on Mac? There is
already the support for sane (It has just not been compiled on the latest
MacPorts).

I don't know the amount of work it would require to modify the windows twain
wrapper for Mac, but if there is a real need for it, I could see if I can
borrow a Mac for the coding sprint.
