libpano13 backport built on amd64/arm - never uploaded

Hello,

libpano13 built successfully for bpo on both arm (Sept 20) and amd64
(Sept 18), however the packages have not been uploaded. This caused
hugin to FTBFS. Could reschedule/upload libpano13 and set a dep-wait
on libpano13-dev >= 2.9.14~0 for hugin 0.8.0.dfsg-2~bpo50+1?
