libpng-1.2.41beta13 and 1.4.0beta91 are available from

Updated scripts/pngw32.def and projects/wince/png32ce.def
Copied projects/wince/png32ce.def to the scripts directory.
Added scripts/makefile.wce
Patched ltmain.sh for wince support.
Added PNG_CONVERT_tIME_SUPPORTED macro.
You don't need to download the separate wince project to build
for WindowsCE. Simply use makefile.wce like any of the
other makefiles. If you are running it anywhere other than
from the main libpng directory, you will have to modify the
path to scripts/png32ce.def in the makefile.
