libpng-1.4.0beta85 and 1.2.41beta03 are available

ibpng-1.4.0beta85 and 1.2.41beta03 are available from
ftp://ftp.simplesystems.org/pub/png-group/src
and from
http://libpng.sourceforge.net/index.html

png_check_IHDR() and the calls to it in
png_get_IHDR() and png_set_IHDR() are revised
according to recent discussion.  It now checks
the contents of info_ptr rather than the target
variables that are passed in from the application.
