linux jre's based on imageio-ext 1.0.4

Hi Jody, FYI I uploaded the linux jre's on:
http://udig.refractions.net/files/downloads/imageio_ext/jre_jai_imageio_2009_11_05/

The amd64 is tested, the 32 not.

http://udig.refractions.net/files/downloads/jre/ folder in order to
match our release process instructions.

Ok, I didn't because the package is different from the usual jre
packaging, so I first wanted to find together a name for it and
perhaps a way.

But it is ok for me to move it. I have bandwidth limitations here, can
you move those around please?

I think we are going to stick with the usual name for it; since those
three things are required for our jre to run (ie
jre+gdal_data+script).
