located pkg-config

Interesting, that package has its own website.  I was a bit surprised when
I found where it was put.  Haven't got vbnc built on the mac yet but I
think I'm close.  Just have to figure out a target the Makefile
understands so will be reading through the targets list and using an
appropriate target shortly.
