login issue migrating from artifactory

I'm trying to migrate to Nexus from artifactory.  Everything appears, in the gui, to have migrated over from artifactory successfully but my users can't login.  All migrated users have UI privileges in fact I've tried giving every permission and the only permission that seems to allow authentication is the admin permission.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

There was a bug on migration plugin related to that....
