lots of crashes lately

Hi all,

using konqueror 4.2.2 on kubuntu intrepid, I get more and more crashes
on sites that worked pretty well so far. E.g. konqui crashes on the
german railway server's result page. The search mask also does not
really look well. Is this related to scripting? Or is it rather the
KDE 4.2 framework I'm using, that leads to more instability?

There is a whole host of bugfixes and performance updates available between
KDE 4.2.2 and KDE 4.2.4. I suggest updating to the latest stable release,
then filing bug reports at http://bugs.kde.org/ , with backtraces and
instructions to reproduce the crash if possible. Thank you.

It's not possible to tell where the problem lies without looking. So
you could file a bug report with particular crash on particular site
and this way we will know the issue exist and could fix it. Probably
some of the problems were already resolved in latest stable version
4.2.4 or in beta version of 4.3.
