ltib, upgrade package

hi,
i am working on a mpc8313e. bsp of it contains some older packages. i need gstreamer good plugin 0.10.16  but bsp offers 0.10.6. search everywhere but cannot find a working solution. tried to alter the spec file but it gives the rpm bad exit error. any help?
