I now know that I should not kill gconf-2. But I did it when I logged
in my linux machine as a regular user. After I killed all gconf-2
process with killall, I can not access my machine any more (by ssh).
Since my machine is a remote machine, I'm not sure why the machine is
not responding. Could killing gconf-2 make a machine freeze or down?
