Hei leste noe intressant i Adrenal fatigue boka om magesyre. Jeg siterer:                                          "Many people with adrenal fatigue also have lowered levels of the hydrochloric acid (HCL) necessary to properly break down protein foods in the stomach. Jeg går ut fra at HCL er saltsyre. Noen her som vet hva slags supplement man kan ta for saltsyremangel?

det er betaine hydrochloride det står på side 104 og 106 av andy's bok.

og det står på side 148 i boka your thyroid and how to keep it healthy av dr barry durrant-peatfield. og jeg siterer "the treatment (for malabsorption) is to have acid and enzymes replaced. for the stomach, betaine hydrochloride is used before meals. for the pancreas (bukspyttkjertel) there are number of enzymes available from health food shops. I often recommend Nutigest frm Nutri Ltd, which combines both.

hei!

nei jeg har ikke brukt det selv. bruker vitamin C som ascorbic acid som har samme effekt (se side 104 tredje avsnitt i andy's bok). tar digestive enzyme som heter creon 10000 kjøpes på apoteket (på resept).
