makefile for hello world

Hi,

I am trying to run a hello world on gumstix connex 400 with the buildroot. I went to the Hello World link for the old gumstix website.

But the link to the makefile doesn't work anymore. Can anyone suggest where can I get a makefile from or a guide to any resources which will let me let me understand working with Buildroot.
