managing cpufreq and sensors

hi,
   I follow this hint

to manage cpufreq, power an other on my Apple G4


i have this error:

modprobe i2c
FATAL: Module i2c not found

modprobe therm_adt746x
FATAL: Error inserting therm_adt746x
(/lib/modules/2.6.22-ARCH/kernel/drivers/macintosh/therm_adt746x.ko): No such
device


what do you suggest me ?

it's i2c-dev

This means that your machine doesn't support fan control/temperature
readout. I guess this is not a mobile computer, am I right?
