map cant load with map edit but can load if i opened the map broswer first

To whom it may concern:
What triggers the problem about loading tutorial map in maplab  
2.2.2... I i open the map with map browser. the map could be loaded  
without any problem... but if i start opening it using map edit. the  
tutorial map wont load (grid layers are not loaded aswell). Im using  
PHP Version 5.2.5,MapServer version 5.0.2, windows xp apache server,  
and php_mapscript_36.dll.
