meld merge mode

A few people have asked about meld taking a fourth merged-output-file
parameter and auto merging.
FYI there's a bit of discussion and a patch at
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=578613

If anybody has comments it's probably easiest to follow up on this list.
