microSD cards and tags

Hi, all:
I just got a mail and I need your help.

Here is the question:
"What should I do if it can only accept my tags?
What tags can it read then?
I have tested all the micro SD card and none can sense a tag.
How do I check the JVM version?"


Could anyone provide the solution?
