missing folder icons

Hello everyone, 

I have searched the bugs, internet, this list archive for a solution for this but have not come up with an answer. 

I updated and inherited SM 1.4.10a installation to 1.4.19 and have gotten everything to work properly following the instructions for updating on the squirrelmail.org site.     The only thing that is not working properly are the mailbox, folder and attachment icons.  I can see that in my 1.4.10a installation the images for these icons are located in the /usr/share/squirrelmail/images/directory  and are not in the the 1.4.19 SM directory so I copied them over, but this did not help.   Can someone  let me know how to fix this or point me to the right documentation?

You need the Message Flags & Icons plugin.

Thanks Paul,  I have this plugin installed and enabled via conf.pl   but no luck.  I also do not have the flag/unflag buttons in GUI.    All the other plugins work when I enable them.  I checked config.php and 'msg_flags' is enabled.  I reinstalled the plugin with the latest version to see if this would help but no luck here either. 

Any ideas of what could be happening?

Yes I have read this document and since I have version 1.4.19 it does not look like I need to add a patch.  Otherwise I do not see anything else except for enabling the plugin via conf.pl   which I did.   Perhaps I am misreading the INSTALL document?

Yes, you are.  It still requires the patch.  Sorry that wasn't clear.

Ok I did:

patch -p0 < patches/msg_flags-squirrelmail-1.4.15.diff   in the plugin/msg_flags directory and now it works. 

I would suggest adding to  the INSTALL document in number 2:

msg_flags-squirrelmail-1.4.115.diff should/will  work for 1.4.15- 1.4.19

BTW, I couldn't apply to patch to 1.4.20 RC2, specifically to functions/mailbox_display.php, no problem with src/move_messages.php

I had to manually see what had to be done, here's the patch. I don't know how to use patch very well, so tell me if I did something wrong. (or how to include the patch to move_messages in the same file)
