more work in svn (again)

Hi all

Just to let you know that I have fixed some notices in addressbook (WIP
for merging Dave works on .16.014).

In calendar, some notices fixes as well as an holidays bug and a setting
issue.

I have fixed some lang files for utf-8. The one that are not yet are
"CJK" since I (and Dave) don't know in which encoding they are done. If
somebody has a hint on that, I will be thanks full.

Italian files should be fixed (there were a bunch of errors in them).

As always, testing is welcome.

I will try to work on addressbook more the next phpgw session.

thanks for doing the merging, it is on my todo list, but so are many
other things atm.

This might be useful

phpgw16$ grep charset phpgwapi/setup/*.lang

Thanks for your work on getting trunk stable, I hope to find some time
soon to work on this too.  There is a fair bit of interest in phpgw atm.
