	mounting devices by Dr. Edgar Alwers :: Rate this Message: Reply to Author \| View Threaded \| Show Only this Message Hi, I am trying to mount an external disk through the menus create new -> link to device -> hard disc device. But I get an error "could not mount device. Reported error:" Nur 'root' kann dies tun" " ( yes, in german language ! ) The device is included in "fstab" : UUID=91f1e595-074a-4933-96b6-4ede9311d157 /VirtMount auto noauto,users 0 0 Under KDE-3.5 this is working, as user "edgar" I can mount the device, but not under KDE-4.3., user "kde4". Is this perhaps a bug in KDE-4 or am I doing something wrong ?
