nautilus: dockable panels as in dolphin

hello,
i have 2 questions
1.is there a functionality in nautilus to have dockable panels just as in dolphin file manager (http://dolphin.kde.org/images/all_features.png)
2. i would like to know if there is a method to have a bookmark mode of a menu item listing the file hierarchy of linux in a panel of gnome, similar to the system > preferences .... thing
